British Ice Skating

In 2019 Technative Live created broadcasts for British Ice Skating (BIS). Creating a new, updated feel with bespoke graphics and in depth commentary.

The new broadcast commission by BIS was timed to coincide with the launch of their new branding, completing their internal transition to a fresher, more modern governing body.

2020: The broadcasts were received so well that the BBC signed them up for a three year contract and in turn they signed us up for three years of sports broadcasts and livestreams.

International Success

In late 2019 British Ice Skating recommended Technative Live to the International Skating Union and the Motorsport arena for the broadcast of the 2020 World Junior Sunchronised Skating Championships. After a lengthy tender process we were awarded the tender. Coronavirus almost lost us the opportunity to film this exciting competition but thankfully we just squeezed it in before lockdown began, with only two teams having to pull out due to travel restrictions.
